THE RIOTRUNNER MAKES MEH EYES BLEED! GAH, THE POOR SWORDY IS BEATED WITH ITSH LEGZ!

But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t fun to draw or color eh?


So, in order for me NOT to spazz out, I used my handy-dandy little Rigging System (which isn’t always perfect, but good enough for me to use at my basic drawing level ;3; ) that I use for situations such as these! <3

Anyhow, I did enjoy drawing RiotRunner for *mechanicalkat, whose human characters, futuristic ideas and mechanical beasts make me daydream with quite the imagination! xD (corny way of saying “WOO THAT WAS FUN” Plus, I think I may have made a…ah… break through! :3 Using either Reeves or just plain any-old color pencils work wonderfully actually (not stopping me from saving some money and begging for Prisma colors though, hur!) and I’m almost, so close I can taste it, to getting to a point where I feel will propel me further into my work on ST!

Everyone may have known that’ve been really busy, not to mention freaked everyone out on the whole “leaving” thing (depressed guys, bad >3< and then suddenly saying “I’m back” situation, so yeah… but aside from that, I’m almost at the point where I’ll be doing a lot more of my own work, humans (anime-ish), land scapes (ish) animals (ISHY) and more stuff (ISSSSH).


So, to know about the RiotRunner now!


The RiotRunner belongs to MechaKat (or Mecha or Kat, seriously, she doesn’t mind xD I like to call a lot of my best buddies “Ol’ Buddy” or something) it’s front legs “are an elongated part of the wrist” and seem to allow it… to “Riot”? Still confused as to how it moves really (“it magically appeared” wtf!), but was a great challenge for me to do (I wanna do Shiva sometime as well, dunno when, but if I can get some time this Summer and look through her stuff, I may unearth some stuff xD) and I enjoyed the structure of it immensely.
